First of all, I would like to give a shout out to Britney the manager and Shannon, a waitress that always makes our visit an enjoyable one.
Now to be clear, all of the people working here have been great and the food is always fantastic. The one time my wife had a complaint, Britney compt the meal, and that was even after we said that it wasn't necessary. We go here once a week and always look forward to our night out.
I would defiantly recommend this place for nice atmosphere, great service and good food. Keep up the great work. One of the few good restaurants in Simi Valley with a great staff that focus on service to the customer. -

A little disappointing trip to Larsen's. I took my wife for her birthday.
I ordered Spinach Artichoke Dip and I've had better at a dive bar. Not great for the standards of Larsen's.
I ordered Garlic Mashed Potatoes and the waiter said they were all out. I asked for A1 sauce and the waiter said they were all out. At a steak place that's like running out of salt and pepper. Purchaser should be fired. 3 more things. We ordered a Porter House steak medium rare. It came well done. Their so called loaded baked potato is butter and sour cream. I don't call that loaded.
Lastly. Again, took my wife for her birthday and told the waiter and he said they wouldn't sing or anything but they would give her a dessert cake.
We are still waiting. It never came.
We are frequent visitors of Larsen's in Encino and thought trying the grill would be at least a small representation of the Encino restaurant, but we were for sure mistaken. -

If you're looking for a good place for happy hour this is the place.
I have been coming here for years and always had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, on my last visit my friend and I received over cooked filets. We wanted medium rare and rare. The filets were beyond eatable. We had two more filets come out and they were well done. Must be a new cook there. -

Honestly, thank goodness for a place like Larsen's in Simi Valley. Whether you are looking for a nice night out, a business meeting or happy hour this place won't disappoint. The food is excellent but what sets this place apart is the atmosphere created by their employees. Friendly, commitment to the customer makes this place feel like your home kitchen! We love seeing the friendly faces of Ryan, Mandy, Sam, Alan and Lauren! Can't wait to come back! Do yourself a favor and make that reservation at Larsen's!

This our first visit and so far not so good. Both of our menus had pieces of food on them when we opened them. Table staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful so far. Front of the house staff not so much. They seemed more interested with laughing and flirting with each other rather than helping us. We're hoping the food once we finally get it will redeem this place. Will update later.
Third time is the charm, right? Not so much. No jokes or humor this time.
I ordered a $59 Filet mignon cooked medium rare. came out twice well done. Never ever again will we eat here. Just Yuck!
